Jo Godsmark

Jo brings extensive experience in logistics, sustainability and operational leadership to her role as a trustee at Goods For Good. She has spent more than 25 years working in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, including 12 years as an entrepreneur running her own consultancy and logistics software business.

She went on to hold senior leadership positions at BigChange, first as Chief Operating Officer and later as Chief Data and Sustainability Officer, where she focused on operational excellence, embedding sustainability practices, and using data and technology to deliver impact. Jo has also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Transaid, an international development charity delivering safe and sustainable transport solutions in Africa.

At Goods For Good, Jo’s expertise will help strengthen our logistics and sustainability strategies, ensuring aid reaches those who need it quickly and efficiently while supporting our mission to champion circular solutions and reduce waste.
